- 1 minor onion, finely chopped
- 3 light-green chilies, seeded too finely chopped
- 1-inch slice fresh ginger, minced or grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
- 1 loving cup apparently yogurt
- 3 light-green cardamom seeds, crushed
- 1/2 loving cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ocean salt, or to taste
