  • 1/2 teaspoon terra firma nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon terra firma cardamon
  • 1-inch land fresh ginger, minced or grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups plainly yogurt
  • icing saccharide for dusting
