 Instructions:3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar3 tablespoons white vino vinegar1/4 teaspoon reddish vino vinegar (optional)2 light-green onions, finely chopped2 teaspoons sugar2 fresh reddish chilies, seeded together with finely chopped2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely choppedpinch of body of body of water salt
