Recipe past times Lisa Turner Published on September 10, 2007 Sweet, tart together with refreshing blood-red fruit summertime salad alongside grapefruit, watermelon together with raspberries Ingredients: - 1 large pinkish grapefruit
- 1/2 lb (225 g) seedless watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz or 170 g) raspberries
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
Instructions: Generation Engelmundus Grate ane teaspoon of the grapefruit rind together with ready aside. Over a large bowl to select grip of the juice, pare the grapefruit together with carefully pare off the membranes surrounding each segment. Put each peeled segment inwards the bowl.
