Ingredients:
- 1 medium raw beet, peeled together with grated
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 large tomato, cutting into quarters together with thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar or ruddy vino vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- sea common salt together with fresh cracked dark pepper to taste
- dried herbs to gustation (chives, parsley, rosemary, thyme)
Instructions:
